During Milano Art Week 2025, A arte Invernizzi, in collaboration with ICONE – European Research Center for the History and Theory of Images at Vita-Salute San Raffaele University in Milan, is organizing a talk dedicated to the work of Carlo Ciussi with contributions by Lorenzo Madaro and Francesca Pola, followed by a guided tour of the show. The talk will explore Carlo Ciussi’s painting highlighting the stylistic metamorphoses that have defined his artistic language. From the rough surfaces of his 80s and 90s canvases emerge sinuous forms that lose the geometric structure of previous years, transforming themselves into dynamic signs. The event emphasizes his continuous artistic research, characterized by his exploration of the metamorphosis of form in a journey between order and freedom.
